The Monster is an unique entertainment package that creates a memorable experience for all. This giant yellow man is part super hero, motorcycle icon, pitch man, guest greeter and all around entertainer. What the Monster does best is "Create Monster Sized Excitement".
The Monster makes quite a first impression with guests. His larger than life persona and his 6"7' frame, complete with body armor, chains, shoulder pads and not to mention his out-of-this-world yellow color sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. Comparisons to Mickey Mouse, WWE wrestlers, Gene Simmons of Kiss and Blue Man Group are very common for first time visitors with the Monster. Not-to-mention, his outrageous, unbelievable presence coupled with his uncanny ability to connect with attendees of any age and background, creates a feeling of euphoria equivalent to that of meeting your very own super-hero!
Many show promoters use the Monster in several roles. Some of those roles are:
In October 2007, when the Monster made his one-hour debut in Daytona Beach Florida the media frenzy resulted in the Monster appearing in over 140 newspapers worldwide.

Last year in Canton Ohio, thousands of Tattoo Show attendees gave the Monster a huge welcome and reveled in excitement when they saw that the Monster was "a little more outrageous" than some of the colorful hobbyists.
If the group is adult motor head types, the Monster also speaks "gear head" fluently. He can handle adult groups of folks with good hearted fun and always keep his act in the "G Rated" mode. The Monster can work events from the "hard core biker crowd" to a church convention.
The Monster is always "a riot for guests" and an asset to any corporate function, while keeping with the "rules of good taste".
One value added asset for anyone scheduling the Monster is the huge media attention this outrageous character can provide. The man behind the Monster, Dan Derringer says, "it is nearly impossible for a photographer or TV crew to pass the Monster without getting a couple of shots." Derringer goes on, "the visual impact of this character is so impressive, they just must have a picture, an interview, and lots of footage." Derringer proudly says, "this guys stature is so impressive, the media just loves it. The impact of the Monster surprises me every time we go out."
For promotional purposes, the Monster can also do video spots and teasers for promoting events and give special events an exciting face that always draws attention. Typically, TV crews, magazine photographers, and newspaper folks feature the Monster while providing coverage of special events. In Sturgis Sotuh Dakota in 2008, the Monster did several local TV interviews, appeared in local magazine articles, and also appeared on the front page of the local newspaper. In addition, the Monster was filmed and appeared on a Discovery Channel special documentary on the Black Hills Motorcycle Event. The Monster also filmed a live message transmitted to US troops around the world.
The best answer to the question, what does the Monster do, is "the Monster creates excitement". That excitement is something very special and one of the most unique acts found anywhere in the world.
